Joshua Scales, the Director of Sales at Father and Son Masonry. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I’ve been enjoying life here in Phoenix, Arizona, for the past five years. At 33, I cherish my family time with my loving fiancé, Desiree, and our incredible son, Giannis. I love grilling out and cooking great meals for them. We enjoy traveling together and experiencing the beautiful sights of the world.

As a former athlete, I look forward to coaching and training Giannis in sports as he continues to grow up. I’m a passionate sports fanatic, especially when it comes to my Ohio State Buckeyes, O-H!!

With a diverse background in sales, I’m experienced and goal-driven, excited to help grow this well-established Phoenix business. Sales runs in my DNA, thanks to my mother, and I love connecting with people in the industry to build lasting relationships. I’m committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve success for both myself and the company, and I’m very grateful to be a part of this team.
