Karen Casiano-Carrillo is the President and Co-Founder of Father & Son Masonry. A true Arizona native, she began from humble roots and faced the challenge of understanding and managing her own business at just twenty-two years old. With an innovative mind and a forward-thinking approach, she has successfully navigated the evolving construction industry. Over the years, Karen has embraced new technologies to improve efficiency and create a stronger future for both the company and its clients. She takes pride in being actively involved in growing women’s and minority organizations. In addition, she supports family-owned businesses throughout the Valley, reflecting her commitment to community and collaboration.

Karen resides in Arcadia with her husband and business partner, David, and their two beautiful daughters, Desiree and Elizabeth. At home, she enjoys a rich family life and brings the same passion and dedication to her personal life as she does to her work. When she is not managing projects, Karen loves creating interior design projects, exploring new destinations through travel, and most importantly, spending quality time with family and friends. This balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment reflects her core values.
