After two years of working for her family business, she has made a significant impact by bringing value, efficiency, and sustainable growth to the company. Her hands-on approach and dedication ensure that projects are managed smoothly from start to finish, reflecting the high standards of Father & Son Masonry. Desiree initially studied Pre-Med at Arizona State University for three years, but after discovering a strong passion for the construction industry, she shifted her focus and is now pursuing a degree in Business Management to further strengthen her leadership and operational skills.

As an Arcadian native, Desiree enjoys spending her weekends exploring local brunch spots, shopping at small businesses to support the community, and taking her miniature schnauzer along for adventures. She also loves sipping her favorite cold brew from Provision while catching up on the latest trends or planning upcoming projects. Her combination of professional dedication and personal engagement reflects her commitment to both her work and the community she calls home.
